Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton plans to outline new proposals to curb drug prices that will include penalties for unjustified increases and a team of federal officials to monitor the pricing of medicines.

The proposals would mark an acceleration in Clinton’s assault on the cost of medicines after she called for Mylan NV to drop prices of its EpiPen emergency allergy shot, causing the stock to plummet.
