REPORT: Over Half of Voter Intimidation Complaints Today Are Coming From Pennsylvania

Source: Mediaite

A report from Politics USA indicates that of all of the calls placed to Election Protection today by voters looking to report intimidation at the polls, about half have been coming from Pennsylvania. As you probably know, Pennsylvania is a must-win for Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump, both of whom have been trying to win the state on their journey to 270 electoral college votes.

According to NBC News, many voters in the Philadelphia area are being asked for ID in spite of the fact that it is not needed to vote in the state. A voter told NBC that their poll worker must not have been trained very well, but others see this as a sign of voter intimidation.

Politics USA pointed out that “Pennsylvania state law does require identification for new voters or voters voting in a new location, but a driver’s license or photo ID is not required.”

While campaigning in Pennsylvania, Trump has made comments to supporters at overwhelmingly white rallies indicating he expects them to “monitor” polling places in “certain areas” because of his conviction that the system is “rigged.” That was largely decried as being racist every time he said it and the request for ID in more populated, urban areas of the state today is also striking some as being racially motivated.

On the way in I picked up a voting guide that stated only first time voters need to show ID. However, everyone was having to show an ID so when it was my turn I asked why and showed them the guide.

They all just looked at each other.

Finally one guy said they were being overly cautious. I asked why given it was not the law. He basically said they were doing it because they could.

By now you have guessed that I live in a deeply red state. The workers were obviously stupid Republicans.

The activist has had a lot of 'dealings' with the local Pa. citizens, outright documented corrupt authorities, Pa. local courts, Pa. local police,Pa. politicans.

Here's his youtube page, 9 years of uploads, listed oldest first to last weeks uploads- many involve Pa.

Pennsylvania Democrats Lose Ruling Over Trump Poll Watchers

A federal judge rejected arguments that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his political adviser Roger Stone are rallying supporters to intimidate minority voters on Election Day by acting as vigilante poll monitors and “ballot integrity” volunteers.
The ruling by U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond in Philadelphia, on the eve of the general election, is a setback for Democrats who had sought a court order barring aggressive polling-place activity such as invasions of physical space, aggressive questioning and veiled or actual threats of physical violence that they claim could chill the turnout for Clinton.
The Democrats’ “belated, inflammatory allegations appear intended to generate only heat,” and don’t support claims that the Trump campaign threatened voting rights, Diamond said in a 16-page ruling.

Especially if she picks up the other swing states, and gets something crazy like Arizona or Georgia.
