Mosque Firebombing Suspect in Custody

Police have arrested a man in connection with the firebombings of five New York City buildings, including a mosque.

It seems the NYPD captured the suspect with some diligent detective work. ABC News reports they tracked down an empty parked car matching witness descriptions and surveillance footage, staked it out overnight, and arrested the man who returned to it in the morning.

The suspect's identity has not been released and the precise motive for the apparent hate crimes remains unclear.
