Trump On Widespread Protests: 'Why Didn't These People Vote?'

Source: Talking Points Memo

By ESME CRIBB Published JANUARY 22, 2017, 9:07 AM EDT

President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Sunday morning to respond to massive nationwide protests after his inauguration.

Trump tweeted that he "was under the impression that we just had an election" and suggested that protestors did not vote (Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by nearly 2.9 million).

He also drummed up the ratings numbers for his inauguration, noting that nearly 31 million people watched the festivities. As noted by Politico, this represented a drop from President Barack Obama’s first inauguration in 2009, which nearly 38 million people tuned in to watch.

Who knows? Maybe Trump's biggest contribution will be the end of the electoral college system.

to the fact that most people oppose him to the point of hatred.

He desperatly wants to be loved and he doesn't necessarily seem completly in the pocket of the GOP quite yet. He hinted at that in his

speech yesterday and he may toss some of their more harmful plans having veto power.

That's why I've reconsidered my opposition to Dems like Hills having attended his ignoration. He may even reach out to sane people

like she and Obama once shit starts to fall apart.

Is he admitting to a hidden agenda?

And by the way, Donnie Boy, you're right, they didn't vote, so when you
add these 3 million to the 3 million you really lost by, then you now lose
by SIX MILLION due to your radical inept corrupt appointees and programs.

You are a LOSER!
