Trump Attacks McCain: 'Hes Been Losing So Long He Doesnt Know How to Win Anymore'

Source: Mediaite

After President Donald Trump was done targeting Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) for supposedly misrepresenting comments made to him by Neil Gorsuch (though that isn’t the case at all), POTUS got to work attacking another member of the Senate.

Yep. That is the President of the United States essentially calling a member of his own party a loser. He’s also saying that a war hero who spent nearly 6 years in a POW camp in Vietnam should stay quiet when it comes to discussing military missions. (Sen. McCain called the Yemen raid a “failure.”)

John McCain: ‘It’s Really Incredible’ That Trump Will Equate America With ‘Butcher’ Putin

Earlier this morning, President Donald Trump took to Twitter to lob some personal attacks at Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) over McCain’s criticism of the Yemen raid as a “failure.” Following Trump’s mean tweets, CNN’s Manu Raju caught up with McCain on Capitol Hill to get his reaction.

McCain’s office put out a short statement as the Arizona lawmaker spoke with the CNN reporter, and McCain refereed to that statement during the conversation, obviously not looking to escalate a fight with the president over the mission.

However, it did appear that the senator was in the mood to continue to go after POTUS over his defense of Russian President Vladimir Putin a few days ago. As you may recall, during an interview with Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, Trump said America is not so innocent and full of killers when O’Reilly described Putin as a killer.

Asked about the Russia Review Act that he signed on to regarding Congress having veto power over the president on Russia, McCain said it was because he’s “concerned about lifting sanctions” due to Trump’s statement “equating the United States and Russia.”

He gets it right only intermittently, but none of the other R's do any better.
When it all comes tumbling down, as I think it will with the ceaseless gaffes they make, reluctantly, as with Nixon, there'll be a large majority who want Trump impeached. We're going to need these lukewarm type and a lot of others to get him out of office. Someplace along the way we'll have to join up with some unlikely companions and not drive them away.
Not yet, certainly, but to get out of this debacle, I think we'll have to.

Seen enough John?? You a bit tired of being their constant punching bag? Thinking that if you voted for a HIDEOUS person like DeVos would maybe make them like you again??

You were HAD for the umpteenth time by your own party.

He was the one who put an ignorant, self-serving lout on the ticket. Palin was the origin of most of the shouting nonsense that politics has devolved into today. I still remember her saying at a campaign stop that Barack Obama was "not like us."

F**k Mattis, he and Dunford sent the SEAL's in without updated intel or adequate support! 1 dead, 3 injured, a multi million dollar aircraft lost, up to 30 civilians killed...and intel that may not be worth a damn!!!

That isn't a sucess, that's a FUBAR or a SNAFU...but it isn't a "winning" mission!!!

It's just so smart to keep up the attacks on the person who's investigating your taking $$ from Russia and colluding in other ways to skew the election. This will just make him be even more dogged in his pursuit of the truth, good work, and thanks.

Too bad for him a lot of Americans know all he does is lie so don't believe his dodge about calling a failed mission a success. He's a personal failure and that's what's pissing him off, because of course he doesn't blame himself. It's the military's fault, or one of Bannon's staffers, certainly never his due to failing to pay any attention to the details or even giving a shit about them.
