The making of explosives is not a completely unknown thing, and certainly, any kind of "bad hombre" that wanted it could most likely buy explosives someplace. I have honestly wondered how long that thing would remain standing. Short of a constant foot patrol I can't imagine it is gonna be safe from damage.
