Gov. Greitens urges anti-abortion action, asks Springfield crowd to pray for lawmakers
Source: News-Leader
Supporters held signs expressing anti-abortion sentiments and listened attentively as Greitens asked them to pray for pregnancy resource centers that feel attacked and to pray for him and his family.
"I know Gov. Huckabee agrees with me on this: You can't ever pray too much," Greitens continued. "And you can also say a prayer for some of these career politicians in the Senate and hope that they see the light and do the right thing."
The House passed legislation nullifying the St. Louis anti-discrimination ordinance, but the measure stalled in the Senate, where Republicans and Democrats alike have occasionally feuded with the governor.
This also was an opportunity for Greitens the only Republican statewide candidate not endorsed by Missouri Right to Life to burnish his conservative credentials and to continue turning up the volume of his anti-abortion beliefs.

Cry me a fucking river. Those violent anti-American enemies of innocent female US citizens and their sacred civil, human and Constitutional rights SHOULD have their hate and lies attacked on the regular.

Its so nice that pukes like him can take time out of their busy schedules of mocking and harming the poor and sick to attend rallies demanding control of women's bodies be taken away from them.

(26,656 posts)be in for forced abortion. Oh wait, if the state can force a woman to remain pregnant it's an easy transition to forcing "undesirables" to terminate pregnancy. Control is control, man! Oh, did you think it was about the fetus?

(1,201 posts)God is broke . Never has enough money which is why it is our responsibility to use the abilities god gave us to improve our lot and not be condemning hypocrites demeaning the less fortunate. Greitchens knows how to suck up to the wealthy cons but ignores facts that disagree with his already held beliefs. Planned parenthood does not impose beliefs systems on people before giving aid. They prevent 345,000 abortions per yr just by offering Birth control and counseling not counting the disease prevention. But Greitchens wants you to pray and get a good coat hanger to abort an uncles fetus or a rapist fetus. These indoctrinated hypocrites hide under their religion to avoid being moral and responsible leaders. Huckabee is a jerk and so are you if you can't se that.

Whenever i hear anyone say they are going to pray for someone, what I really hear them say is, I am going to stand idly by and do nothing.
