Companies and Government Agennncies affected by Cyberattack Sweeping the Globe

A massive cyberattack on Tuesday has hit Ukraine particularly hard and caused chaos across much of Europe.
Companies and government agencies in Ukraine, Russia, the UK, France, and Norway have reported ransomware demanding payment to unlock their files.
It's unclear who's behind the attack, which harks back to the WannaCry virus that affected 150 countries in May, or whether all of the reported issues are related.
The cyberattack continues to spread, as more entities are reporting being hit, but here's where we know it has struck so far:
UKRAINE: Banks, airports, government offices, power grid
RUSSIA: Banks, oil company, steelmaker
FRANCE: Saint Gobain

4 state/government offices hit:
Gov. Kasich, Ohio hit June 25th; added today, NY state, Washington state, and Maryland. I don't have cable, not sure if it is being reported.
I am a bit paranoid about doing a search for other sources, right now, & not seeing it anywhere else.
Any other information would be appreciated.
