Thanks to a local Florida Fox affiliate back in the early 2000's, a Court determined it is perfectly legal to knowingly LIE on your news broadcasts. The principle here is that the average viewer is supposed to make a consumer decision to pick the most credible news source. If the consumer chooses FOX fabricated manipulative sometimes treasonous and usually false PROPAGANDA AND BELIEVE THEIR BULLSHIT, that is merely a "consumer choice'.
