DACA participants came as children, no "crime" was committed; their parents may have committed a crime, but not the children.

That one is undocumented doesn't mean he's "illegal."

All Congress needs to do is designate DACA participants as a class of LPRAs which would allow them to stay and work legally.

But Trump and most others on the right are too bigoted and ignorant to understand that.

It gives them legal status to exist here, but there's no path to citizenship.
