I am not in any way trying to criticize President Obama. I am asking the question because I never heard of President Obama ever presenting the trophy to the American team, or the winning team. I thought sure the President's Cup was played in America while President Obama was President. I am under the impression that the President's Cup is played in the United States certain years and in foreign countries other years.

I am not trying to criticize President Obama for not presenting the President's Cup to the winning team. My point is that for all the criticism President Obama got from the right for supposedly golfing too much he, as far as I know, never spent time at a golf tournament. Donald Trump has been to two golf tournaments since entering the White House. One of those tournaments happened to be right in the middle of hurricane relief efforts not just in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but in Texas and Florida. Trump should have been at the White House trying to lead the hurricane relief efforts.
