Volvo pulls its ads from Hannity after Moore coverage

Source: The Hill

Volvo has pulled its advertisements from Sean Hannity’s show on Fox News after his coverage of sexual misconduct allegations made against Roy Moore.

We have spoken with our media agency and have advised them to cease advertising on the show.

Volvo is the latest advertiser to pull its ads from "Hannity" in the wake of the prime-time host's coverage of Moore, the Alabama Senate special election candidate accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women. Keurig and Realtor.com both said they were pulling their ads in recent days.

None of the advertisers said they were pulling their ads because of Hannity’s coverage of the allegations, including from a woman who says she was 14 at the time. However, the decisions come amid an online campaign targeting advertisers for Hannity’s show.

Not sure why I feel that way, but I do. Seems like those ads were targeted to the wrong TV demographic.

8. The stereotype "Bubba" Fox/Hannity viewer is not true. Many wealthy people, small business owners

watch this propaganda.

I grew up with a guy who has a successful small business but feels beseiged with rules, regulations, taxes, lawsuits... and eats this up. I have many aunts and uncles who are wealthy business owners who also have been programmed by Fox. One uncle finally stopped and saw the light over Bill O'Reilly and his crap.

Big business and their Lobbyists have put more of the burdens on small business and Fox deflects their anger with blame of the poor, minorities, social welfare etc. They are perfect targets for this propaganda, but I am sure many buy, or bought Volvos.

It was really sad for me to find people in my family being sucked in by Fux propaganda. I guess some people just need to hate others and Fux gives them a lot of fake reasons to do that.

He is so wrong about everything plus is ultra annoying. I am sure I am far from alone in just wanting to slap him silly, you are a grating loser Lumpy....no wonder Jon Stewart went after him relentlessly.

I am glad I drive a Volvo. It is ten years old. I expect it to last another ten years.

Now I am even more thankful that I acquired this car.
