DIGNIFIED. President Trump Retweets Rant About Hillary Clinton's 'Corrupt Ass'

Source: The Daily Beast

President Trump on Wednesday morning followed up his abuse of LaVar Ball—the father of a UCLA basketball player, who refused to thank him for his son’s return from China—by retweeting a comment that referenced Hillary Clinton’s “corrupt ass.” In response to Trump’s outburst, Joey Mannarino wrote: “The ungratefulness is something I’ve never seen before. If you get someone’s son out of prison, he should be grateful to you! Period. I don’t care. If Hillary got my kid out of prison, as much as I hate the woman, I’d thank her corrupt ass!”

China might make threats to scare people but they won't imprison Americans for 10 years for shoplifting sunglasses.

On another thread (same subject) I made the point that we have a State Department whose job it is to handle issues of American citizens in foreign countries. Trump has single-handedly dismantled our State Department by forbidding Tillerson to hire anyone to work there. Most of our career diplomat foreign officers have been fired or laid off, and not replaced. Why did he do that?

If the State Department were actually working the way they're supposed to, this situation would have been handled already. No need for Trump to even be involved in such petty stuff. Now we have to hear about his ridiculous complaints that he wasn't properly thanked. What an asshole!

I'm sure the Chinese government would have been happy to work with a Chinese-speaking diplomat in our State Department, if we had one. Any way to avoid the orange idiot would have been better than this.

by having weakened our diplomatic capabilities and cut resources and fired experienced people who know how to do it.

This has severely limited the chances of diplomatic solutions to many problems worldwide, and since the intel services are closely intertwined with foreign service, it has weakened America's ability to collect and validate intelligence to make informed decisions.

It reeks of some fifth column sabotage that benefits Russia or even China or anyone else who would enjoy a weakened USA.

... is that he wants the State Dept. weakened so his worldwide hotels will have carte blanche without anybody looking over his shoulder.

If you saw Richard Engel on Assignment about the Panama City hotel, you'll know what I mean. Trump can get away with all kinds of stuff in foreign countries as long as our State Dept. diplomats and CIA aren't keeping an eye on the money laundering and dealing with the drug cartels. And Russians, never forget the Russians. (This probably all started because of them.) Trump makes piles of money from these hotels that pay him royalties for his name, but he doesn't own them or manage them. If they're breaking laws in their own country, it's not his problem.

When Orange Julius Caesar wants to single out the icon of corrupt Democrats, he points to a former Secretary of State and Presidential candidate who also happened to lose to Barack Obama. President Obama served two terms as close to incorruptibly as a modern American President can.

The silence there is enormous. It's in the outline of a true giant of American history, and one of the finest Presidents we've ever had. But probably just as important, even the diminutive intellect of Donald Trump seems to recognize and be in awe of President Obama's tenure.
