resident Trump on Monday defended former national security adviser Michael Flynn, saying it's "very unfair" he was charged with a crime and Hillary Clinton was not.

(8,200 posts)Where this all ends is only anyone's guess at this time. I know this for a fact. The lower and middle class are going to get screwed big time. The huge financial bonanza that the corporations will get will not go to the workers, but to stock buy backs and increased dividends. The stock buy backs will be aimed at those holding insignificant amounts of stock and many will take the attractive buy outs. The net result is that those with large holding will then reap the dividends that would have been paid to those previous holders and increased stock value due to higher earning. It is a two edged sword both designed to cut the throats of the working class that will only benefit the wealthy resulting in increased wealth concentration. Face it folks, we are at present a virtual plutocracy and these actions will seal the deal. The corporations own the representatives lock, stock and barrel and they are nothing more than puppets whose strings are yanked at will by the wealthy.
