Trump says government shutdown 'could happen'

President Trump said Wednesday a government shutdown could happen, blaming Democratic demands on immigration for the funding standoff.

"It could happen," Trump said when asked about the chances of a shutdown. "The Democrats are really looking at something that is very dangerous to our country ... They want to have illegal immigrants pouring into our country."

The president's warning came as lawmakers on Capitol Hill are scrambling to pass a funding measure before the Dec. 8 shutdown deadline.

He thinks it will help him, cause he's an idiot. Good luck normal republicans, you better start praising him now. Gonna take up a lot of your time with the man/child.

And as been said many, many times about this and other issues, the Repugs control both house of Congress and the White House. They are real good at being the opposition party, but have no clue how to govern. The man-child who inhabits the adult daycare center in the White House is interested in only two things: (1) anything that can be remotely described as a "win" and (2) being exonerated from the Russia scandal by the end of the year.

Comrade Casino just wants something he can put his signature on. Anyone else think it resembles a failed polygraph test?
