Suspect In Deadly Charlottesville Car Attack Indicted On 10 Felony Counts

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — An Ohio man accused of driving into a crowd protesting a white nationalist rally in Charlottesville has been indicted on 10 felony counts, including first-degree murder. Court records show a grand jury returned an indictment Monday against 20-year-old James Alex Fields.

Prosecutors say Fields drove into peaceful counterprotesters the day of the rally that drew hundreds of white nationalists to the Virginia college town. A woman was killed, and authorities say 35 people were injured.

Fields, described by a former teacher as fascinated with Nazism, was initially charged with second-degree murder. The charge was upgraded last week.

Also indicted Monday were three men charged in connection with an attack on a man in a parking garage the day of the rally, and a man charged with firing a gun.

it was a prison for Nazis. OTOH, they could bury him on the site of the former prison.

Anyway, rid the Earth of him, is my suggestion...

It was demolished as a proactive move: the Quadripartite Commission, who was the military governance of Berlin, and the Bonn government knew the prison would become a Nazi shrine. All the Nazis who hadn't gone to meet Albert Pierrepoint were locked up there, so as soon as the last one, Rudolf Hess, died the prison was torn down.

We could probably pay off the national debt by replacing the floor of the second level A Block cells at Alcatraz with crusher mesh, filling the cells of the first level with Nazis and Trump administration officials, and charging $20 a head for people to go in the second-floor cells. We'd have to be inclusive so free Female Urination Devices would be available to people who normally have to sit to pee, and incontinence sheaths for men confined to wheelchairs.
