This was a big mistake, and then Nikki tries to bully people. I haven't been impressed with her for a LOOOOOONNNNNNGG time.

I still remember her behavior during the the grim events that led up to taking the hate rag down in that Charleston South Carolina church massacre. I couldn't help noticing how she dressed. Her style and fashion sense seems to be based on "what will bring the most attention to MEEEEEE? What will keep the cameras on MEEEEEEE?" So you know what you do then, when you want all the attention on you? Often that goal can be achieved by what you wear. Making sure you are a visible contrast with everybody else. Making sure the eye moves almost helplessly toward you. Think shiny object. Think of a tableau in which there are all these men standing there in dark suits. She comes out in a BLINDING WHITE skirted suit. Sticking out like the proverbial sore thumb. Guess where the eye is gonna go? You could see her from space that day in the capitol square. That was no accident. In an earlier incident, at a press conference right after the shooting, she came out in a very contrasting very loud plaid/patterned blazer to deliver remarks and take questions. BIG distraction. A magnet to the eye - you couldn't help but look at her.

She clearly understands this dynamic. Or she has a stylist helping out part-time, maybe. My husband calls the basic approach "More ME, Please!" I wouldn't be surprised because she's got ambition and I bet she's maneuvering to make a run for president someday.

I suspect that's also why she clearly spends a lot of time, attention, and money on teeth whitening. I suspect she has it done professionally. Why? Because it grabs the eye. And it's strategically shrewd for someone who talks with a lot of teeth showing.
