The majority of Utahns supports an effort to expand Medicaid to cover more low-income adults, according to a poll released this week.
Fifty-nine percent of Utahns support a full Medicaid expansion, according to a poll conducted by Dan Jones and Associates for UtahPolicy.com. Thirty-six percent oppose expanding Medicaid, while 4 percent don't know.
Activists in Utah are hoping to expand the state's Medicaid program through a voter referendum next year.

(9,426 posts)should vote democratic. The gop will NEVER expand this. They want it destroyed, along with other programs that help people. Let them actively work to get democratic politicians into office. How much good has Hatch actually done for them? For someone who claims he was born into poverty, he does not want to help others in the same boat. He "got his" now others have to fight for themselves.

BTW,Orin Hatch is a liar.
