They thought about fake news, they thought about sonic devices, they thought about law and order. They thought about these things you are supposed to think about if you were thinking about fake news, sonic devices and law and order. They were smart, bigley smart as in real smart.

Not being able to "find" evidence of a higher order is, in my book, just an admission of failure, given the very specific and credible other evidence. There is even medical evidence of harm.

and yes, we do tend to do economic sanctions. The Magnitsky Act has been the most successful, AFAIk. But we really did NOT respond to their meddling in the election when we knew about it in full measure. Maybe it's a good thing because if they ever REALLY want to retaliate to our retaliation, we could be in real trouble. This is cyberwarfare -- something of a virtual attack / counterattack going on.
