Prior to Trump’s arrival, one stadium entrance was locked for more than an hour, leaving some fans waiting in the rain for the president’s arrival. When Trump arrived, he didn’t get a warm welcome.

As seen in the video below, shared by CNN’s Andy Scholes on Twitter, a group of fans booed as Trump arrived at the stadium:

Some people were planning protests after it was announced that Trump would attend the game. During the 2016 election, Trump won Georgia and Alabama, but there has been some negative reception for his arrival.

Protesters projected the message “F--- Trump” on the front of the stadium where he attended the college football national championship game on Monday.




The projection wasn't the only protest against Trump at the game. Alabama player Bo Scarbrough also yelled “f— Trump” as his team walked onto the field.

And fans booed Trump's motorcade as it pulled up to the stadium earlier in the night after they were forced to stand in the rain outside of the arena until his arrival......................................................
