Trump: Nunes may be recognized as 'Great American Hero'

President Trump on Monday praised House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) for “what he has had to endure” after the congressman led efforts to release a classified memo that accuses the Justice Department of surveillance abuses.

“Representative Devin Nunes, a man of tremendous courage and grit, may someday be recognized as a Great American Hero for what he has exposed and what he has had to endure!” Trump tweeted.

The tweet came not long after Trump launched an attack on the ranking Democrat on the Intel Committee, Rep. Adam Schiff (Calif.), whom the president accused of being "one of the biggest liars" in Washington.

Schiff later fired back at Trump, telling him to stop tweeting "false smears" and help "solve the funding crisis, [protect] Dreamers or...really anything else."

What a joke...I didn't know that the comedy show was held on Mondays! tRUMP should be running scared because what Nunes is experiencing now backlash-wise, is going to be a fraction of what's tRUMP is going to be facing.

The sh**storm is coming, lightning and thunder violently crackling on the edges of the horizon.
Be ready to jump into your storm shelters and lock the doors and wait out the tempest!
When the calm descends, the sun will break through with its glorious rays of sunshine, and tRUMP will be gone!

I don't know if that comes from Tiny Dick Donald, or if he is really living Truman-Show style in the elaborate charade the WH staff keeps up to keep him from going into an antique-furniture breaking rampage.
