President Trump made an unexpected appearance at a White House summit on the opioid crisis Thursday afternoon, floating penalties for "opioid companies" and tougher punishments for drug dealers.

should NOT be used by media in 'headlines,' as he does it CONSTANTLY, and it often has no substance behind it, certainly no ACTUAL PLANS. See this:

A friend of mine who grew up in the Philippines went back recently. He said no one talks politics with each other over the fear they might be targeted and muddled. People are extracting reveng on others by saying they are drug dealers and getting murdered by Duarte goons.

You can see this happening here if Twitler and his rethugs and nra goons are not stopped.
