Man, 31, due in court in alleged Obama threat emailed to FBI

August 22, 2012 (FEDERAL WAY, Wash.) -- A Washington state man accused of making an email threat against President Barack Obama and brandishing a shotgun at officers who came to his door is scheduled to appear in federal court.

Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary says 31-year-old Anton Caluori was arrested Tuesday at an apartment in Federal Way for investigation of making threats against the president and assault on a federal officer.

U.S. attorney's spokeswoman Emily Langlie says the threat was sent to a general purpose FBI email address.

A Secret Service agent and a Federal Way police officer went to an apartment, knocked and announced themselves for about three minutes, then found themselves facing a man armed with a shotgun when the door opened.

If true...this man is in deep do-doo and isn't going to see the light of day for a long time. How can people be so stupid? Oh I forgot...he's a low information voter.

None of which has anything to do with being insane ^^^^^^^ I am always amazed at the hyperbole of responses on this progressive board.. This is Bigotry ... whether you like it or not.. The dude is batshit crazy to threaten the President .. Period. Yes .. this is my first post with this username and no I was never tombstoned or in any controversy on this forum.. I have been here pretty much lurking since Bush 2 first term..
