Trump lawyer seeks temporary restraining order over records seized in FBI raid

President Trumps personal lawyer is seeking a temporary injunction over the records seized from his office during a FBI raid Monday, according to multiple media reports.
A federal judge will hold a hearing Friday to address Michael Cohens request for a temporary restraining order to block federal investigators from using the materials taken from his office and hotel room earlier this week, according to The Associated Press.
FBI agents reportedly sought documents surrounding payments to two women who allegedly had extramarital affairs with Trump, as well evidence that Cohen tried to conceal disparaging information about Trump during the campaign.
Allies of Trump also fear that the investigators could have taken recordings that Cohen made of private conversations, The Washington Post reported Thursday.

(11,885 posts)Due to their ruling for the raid was based on law, and will be rejected easily against trump and cohen, and also it'll be more obstruction charges against them. They're so desperate now trump is acting very irrational , and out of control , because they know what will be discovered very soon if not already, Lots of proof against them showing they've lied all along.

If she turns Cohen down, can he appeal?
