Judge rules jury can hear Bill Cosby quaaludes testimony

Source: AP

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) Prosecutors in Bill Cosby's sexual assault retrial can read the comedian's prior testimony about giving quaaludes to women before sex to the jury, the judge in the case ruled Tuesday.

Judge Steven O'Neill ruled Tuesday that prosecutors can read the testimony into the record at Cosby's retrial on charges he drugged and molested Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia mansion in 2004. The testimony was also included at his first trial that ended with a hung jury last year.

The truth needs to come out. I just can't get over the fact that over 60 (sixty!) women have come forward stating that he did this to them. I enjoyed him as an entertainer, like many of us, but he has a very pathological problem that harmed many women. Justice must be served!

I wonder how he has kept his accomplishes quiet? Generous payoff's is my guess.

Living in the Los Angeles area, I've heard "rumors" about Cosby going back to the early 1970's when I was child. And, going into my adolescent years I knew people in the industry who talked about his behavior around/with women. Same goes for Harvey Weinstein. Rumors have been running rampant about HIM sexually abusing/assaulting/molesting women for years. Cosby will probably be convicted this time around, and even though he should be, I don't feel that Harvey Weinstein will be bought up on charges even though it's been bandied about.
