Teenagers shooting someone dead just for fun? And then bragging about it? I just can't understand this.

They have grown up in a culture that says they can have guns, and that people of "inferior" races are legitimate game. Their parents never told them otherwise, because they believe it, too.

The British empire used the same type of caste system with some success, so did the nazis up in the occupied Baltics during WWII.
