Trump to Disney CEO: 'Where is my apology?'
Source: The Hill
President Trump targeted Bob Iger in the wake of the controversy surrounding Roseanne Barr, asking why the Disney CEO did not apologize for a corrected ABC News report late last year.
"Iger, where is my call of apology?" Trump asked in a tweet early Thursday.
"You and ABC have offended millions of people, and they demand a response. How is Brian Ross doing? He tanked the market with an ABC lie, yet no apology. Double Standard!" he added.

(9,119 posts)1/ Trump makes it all about Trump about Trump again
2/ Instead of condemning racist comments by somebody he has previously praised and said is one of "us," he is undermining the media again.
3/ He demands an apology for Brian Ross getting one fact wrong, but Trump deliberately gets thousands of facts wrong with the intention to mislead.
4/ He demands an apology because he is offended, but he is the most offensive human being who owes an apology to Mexicans he called rapists and murderers. Muslims he tried to ban, other nations he called shitholes, gold star families, Obama who he claimed was not born in America, just to name a few examples.
5/ He demands all these apologies but doesn't demand a fellow racist apologizes.
6/ He claims millions are offended, implying that he thinks millions care more that Trump's feelings have been hurt than Roseanne Barr is using disgusting racist language.
7/ He asks about Brian Ross. Brian Ross apologized and faced consequences, whereas Trump has never apologized or faced consequences for his daily lies and destruction.
8/ He talks about "tanking the market" as if again, ratings are more important than facts.
9/ He equates racism to the unfair way he perceives he has been treated by the media, thereby giving racism a free pass by dog-whistling to his base.
10/ He talks about double standard, when the only double standards are coming from Trump.

(1,714 posts)#8. Tanking the market wasn't about ratings. It was about people's personal assets. Retirement accounts. College funds. That sort of thing. Brian Ross' "mistake" had very serious consequences to real people.

Let me do it for ABC: "We're sorry you're president".
