the same goes for Washington because if I am reading it correctly its generally ok to record stuff as long as you are a party to the conversation.
The only sticky point would be if its a recording during a classified briefing or something that deals with stuff at the national security level and I doubt she has any recordings that including any classified information as she was not that important to have such access.
