One person reported dead in shooting outside Las Vegas high school

At least one person was shot and killed near of a Las Vegas high school Tuesday afternoon, police said.

North Las Vegas Police Department confirmed a shooting near Canyon Springs High School, but would not reveal any more information.

The shooting took place near the athletic fields, spokesman Eric Leavitt told the Review Journal.

It’s unclear if the victim was a student.

This is the third type of shooting in North Las Vegas in less than two weeks. All Kids. All in Parks or Playground areas. Smells like a pay back.
