1) "letter leaked to" should have been "letter to ____ leaked"

2) the confusion during the hearing, which Trump made fun of, was Feinstein seeming to think they were accusing her office of not just leaking the content, but the letter itself. Feinstein was saying, or asking her staff I think, if the letter itself had ever been leaked, which I believe hadn't happened.

Dr. Ford made it clear in her testimony that several people knew about it, so the leak didn't have to have originated from Feinstein's office.

No matter what was found, the only person or entity that would have any standing to press charges or sue would be Ford; it was her request for confidentiality that was violated. Thus Ford is the only person who has the right to call for an investigation.

Graham is basically implying that the repubs had some kind of "right" to Ford's confidentiality.
