Kotex issues recall on tampons after reports of unraveling, pieces left in body

Source: PennLive.com

Reports of a certain brand of Kotex unraveling and leaving pieces behind in the body have led to its parent company, Kimberly-Clark, announcing a recall.

The product, U by Kotex Sleek Tampons, Regular Absorbency, were sold throughout the United States and Canada. The products were manufactured between October 7, 2016 and October 16, 2018 and distributed between October 17, 2016 and October 23, 2018.

No other products were affected by this recall, Kimberly-Clark said in a press release. Any consumer with the impacted product in their possession should stop using it and contact Kimberly-Clark’s Consumer Service team at 1-888-255-3499.

didn't happen. Kimberly-Clark was a MAJOR employer here at one time, but no longer. It's not all gone, but mostly.

People either went to college, or worked for Kimberly-Clark, Bergstrom Paper, American Can/Marathon, Appleton Papers, Ray-o-vac and a few others.

They all payed so well it was sometimes a tough choice. And they hired a bunch of college kids in the summer so their permanent people could take their 2 to 6 weeks vacations in the summer up to their second homes (cottages). All had super bennies and pensions.

All gone so that the pigs can violate environmental laws and pay starvation wages over seas.
