GOP Congressmen Meet With Holocaust-Denying Troll Chuck Johnson

Source: The Daily Beast

Notorious alt-right figure and Holocaust denier Chuck Johnson met with two Republican lawmakers in Congress on Wednesday.

Johnson’s visit was first noted by a HuffPost reporter, who tweeted a picture of Reps. Andy Harris (R-MD) and Phil Roe (R-TN) walking with Johnson.

Johnson, a former Breitbart reporter, has denied the magnitude of the Holocaust, expressing doubt that gas chambers were real and questioning whether six million Jews were really killed—a figure that has been well documented by scholars and historians. He also ran crowdfunding efforts for white supremacist causes, including the neo-Nazi website The Daily Stormer.

In statements, the lawmakers confirmed that they had met with Johnson to discuss genetic testing and DNA, but claimed they weren’t aware of Johnson’s history of making racist statements. The meeting came on the same day the House held off on a vote to censure Rep. Steve King (R-IA) for comments defending white supremacists.

Too evil. They know. They lied about not knowing.

When evil pretends to be stupid it is weak.

I simply searched "Chuck Johnson genetics" (no quote marks).

We are expected to believe that that they had a meeting with a guy about “genetic testing” that is a well known Nazi and it was completely innocent and they had no idea he was a Nazi??
Nothing says “nothing to see here” like two republican doctors having a meeting with a Nazi genetics guy.

Two Republican congressmen had a meeting with a guy who they claim they knew little about. Is this stupidity, incompetence, ignorance, or just being a good old Republican with a lame ass excuse? By this logic of cognitive diarrhea, anybody, including well obscured terrorists with a good cover story, gun toting deranged people of diminished mental capacity, or anybody with a cause for that matter, can get a meeting with the politicians who allegedly run the country with little to no advanced background vetting whatsoever. Wow! I’m impressed with their skills. (not).

Pleading ignorance is for those trying to beg out of a speeding ticket - “I was just keeping up with traffic” - not for alleged leaders of the country.

This is just another example of how stupid they think the American public is. They just don’t get how incredibly incompetent they make themselves look. Or, they just don’t give a shit - serving in the most vile, corrupt, contemptible administration this country has ever had. This is just another example of the destruction of American ideals promoted by a President owned lock, stock, and barrel by Russia, and It blows! (Excuse the weaponry phrase. It just seemed to fit.)

And this is his Wikipedia page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_C._Johnson

Trump campaign WikiLeaks liaison

In September 2016, Johnson published a story on GotNews about a soon-to-launch anti-Trump website called PutinTrump.org.[34] WikiLeaks forwarded the story in private to Donald Trump Jr. before publicly tweeting it. Business Insider speculated that Johnson's story in September on GotNews may have marked the beginning of Donald Trump Jr.'s—and the Trump campaign's—back-channel contact with Julian Assange and Wikileaks. (Johnson wrote after Wikileaks tweeted the story, "About 2 hours after our original article, Julian Assange's WikiLeaks repeated our discoveries. Guess which big leaks organization reads GotNews & WeSearchr on the downlow! Come on Julian, let's work together. WikiLeaks & WeSearchr is a match made in heaven. We can take down Hillary together." )[35] In August 2017, Johnson brokered and attended a meeting in London between GOP Rep. Dana Rohrabacher and Julian Assange to discuss a presidential pardon for Assange.[36]

There's no way on earth they didn't know who this alt-righter and internet troll is. They deserve the same fate as King.
