President Donald Trump addressed anti-abortion protesters in Washington, and vowed to veto legislation that "weakens the protection of human life."

Vice President Mike Pence and his wife Karen Pence attended the annual March for Life led by opponents of abortion rights in Washington on Friday. It took place a day ahead of the Women's March that has been marred by controversy.

The president didn't attend in person but spoke to the crowd via video.

"This is a movement founded on love and grounded in the nobility and dignity of every human life," he said. "As president, I will always defend the first right in our Declaration of Independence, the right to life."

You can be personally pro-life in any way you want. I object to having your

view (religious belief) enacted in law.

I consider myself to be pro-life for innocent children in Syria and Gaza and anti-gun and anti-death penalty. I also believe every woman on the planet should be able to decide whether or not she wants to bear a child.

mind your own goddamn business. You know, focus on your own damn family and they'll have more than enough to keep them occupied.

try to stop people from seeking refuge; separate them from their children; leave them without their earnings and claim they support him; fail to protect human life from climate change or from pollution; the list goes on.

What they are talking about is not a human life, but a fetus. I can never get a straight answer for a pro-lifer. If it is a human before birth, how can you say it is okay to abort it because the woman was raped? Rape is horrible for the woman but is it okay to kill her baby? Either it is a human being or not there is no middle ground.

They are not pro-life, they are anti-woman and pro forced birth. I hate these bastards with the fire of a thousand suns.

Everything they do and say proves that they do not honor all human lives equally. They are both such raging hypocrites!

plan on physically strapping women down to their beds or have them wear ankle monitors, they have NO control over what we choose to have inside of our bodies. I know, I know...don't give them any ideas....
