On March 13, Joliet police arrested 57-year-old Wayne L. Orkwiszewski on charges of battery, assault and disorderly conduct.
“I felt like this was a hate crime. I wasn’t doing anything but minding my own business,” said Aiysha Powell, mother of the 9-year-old boy who allegedly was hit by Orkwiszewski.
She says Orkwiszewski repeatedly used the n-word. Then he went even further, punching the child in the face.
Orkwiszewski blamed his “high anxieties” for the incident.

Joliet man struck boy, used racial slur in Dollar General incident

Video and witness reports appear to depict a Joliet man becoming upset about a parking spot at a Dollar General store before striking a 9-year-old boy in the face, calling a black woman a racial slur and behaving aggressively toward several people at the scene.
On March 13, Joliet police arrested Wayne L. Orkwiszewski, 57, on charges of battery, assault and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident at Dollar General, 916 W. Jefferson St. He was released on his own recognizance.

Powell and Dwight Williams, both of whom were at the store, alleged that Orkwiszewski came inside yelling and using profanity about someone parked in a handicapped spot. Orkwiszewski claimed that he suffers from osteoarthritis in his knees from years of karate and speed skating.

Williams and Hernandez tried that when Orkwiszewski left the parking lot in his truck by driving in reverse, he attempted to hit them when they tried to photograph his license plate, and they jumped out of the way.

Why they'd turn a verified maniac like him loose on the world is unimaginable. He must have been a "speed skating" buddy of the judge. 
crystal meth and Purple Passion. Then walking that extra 10 feet into the Dollar General becomes "the white man's burden" and any sense of self-control flies right out of the window. Hey, we're talking Joliet, Illinois here. I imagine he decided to settle down in Joliet the same day he was released from the prison there. Now he doesn't have too far to travel after he's sentenced for his latest Mensa audition. I don't imagine this is his first dance with the law. 
He probably has his bail bondsman on speed dial.
booze made by the same people who brought us 'Everclear', which in itself was one of the worst alcoholic beverages ever made. Purple Passion was a grape flavored adult beverage made with Everclear and "substandard grapes". No kidding, that was a listed ingredient. 
Both Everclear and Purple Passion were (maybe still are) favored by shit-kicking rednecks who couldn't get their hands on real moonshine. Not that real moonshine is that great of a beverage either! 
You'll never see anyone with an IQ over 60 drinking the stuff, which makes it the perfect beverage for Trump supporters.
