The state of North Dakota continues to attempt to downplay a spill estimated by Oneok itself in documents as 11,000,000 gallons of gasoline condensate - as large as the Exxon Valdez spill. A second whistleblower now comes forward to detail flawed construction at ND gas plants , adding a second issue that was never revealed during the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) controversy.

The desmogblog.com has the original article on the first whistleblower. Until that person came forward the state had listed an 11,000,000 gallon gasoline condensate spill as just 10 gallons.

The state is now up to close to a million gallons but they only count RECOVERED material. The difference between recovered material and spill size is rhe measure of pollution...

N. D.....

Not saying union construction jobs haven't had problems, but these
refineries and power house jobs where they hire anyone
...with no experience...Both dangerous to
the workers and with a gas plant? Dangerous to the area...
