Now, if SCOTUS blesses his constitution breaking ways, he will continue to worsen and this would be minor compared to the stuff he would do, like pull out of NATO to let Russia invade Ukraine, disallow all Democrats from voting (we are all criminals after all), making himself dictator for life, etc. etc.

That's the way he runs his businesses. He has a staff of attorneys who can bankrupt small businesses and people with legal fees.

That's just not going to work here. He's got no claim for damage. The House, pursuing its Constitutionally prescribed duty can in no way be acting in an unconstitutional manner. It's also not something in which the Judicial branch can intervene to stop the process.
