It's amazing how the plaintiff's attitude toward their case changes they when realize they have something they can lose. It also freaks out the plaintiff's attorney.

BTW, a cross-complaint doesn't even have to be related to the original cause of action. Personally, I think the family ought to go after Zimmerson for wrongful death and intentional infliction of emotional distress, like the Goldmans did with O.J. after he was acquitted at the criminal trial. Goldman won that case easily.

If I remember right, on the stand your ground defense. So what are his damages? Sounds like a lawsuit that should be thrown out.

After my dad died in 2005, I had his mail forwarded to my home, as executor of his estate. The mail from Larry Klayman followed. Fourteen years later, I still get mail from Larry Klayman. It's not much, but I figure every time he sends out a mailing I toss in the recycle bin, it's costing Larry a few rubles, so staying on his list is the least I can do.
