Sources: Fotis Dulos in custody, expected to be charged with the murder of his estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos

Police on Tuesday took Fotis Dulos into custody and are expected to charge him with the murder of his estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos despite being unable to find her body since she went missing in May.

Dulos is expected to be held on a $6 million bond, sources said.

The arrest Tuesday capped months of searches by police for Farber Dulos who was last seen dropping off her children at a school in New Canaan on May 24. Authorities have searched woods, ponds, trash plants and houses from New Canaan to Farmington but have been unable to find any trace of the 51-year-old Farber Dulos other than a blood-stained shirt – found in a Hartford trash can - they believe she was wearing the last time she was seen alive.

Dulos, 52, a Farmington luxury home builder, has been arrested twice and charged with tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution in connection with the disappearance of Farber Dulos. He has been free on two, separate $500,000 bonds.

This story unsurprisingly conforms with that reality.

....for months. The idiotic alibis the husband has come up with are ludicrous. He was seen on surveillance cameras driving around the area dumping bags of "garbage" in public dumpsters in the middle of the night. The bags had clothes with blood stains matching his wife's DNA.

From the stories and financial background, this was like many other murders like this, all about money. His mother in law put up lots of the money for their huge house. Now after their daughter has disappeared they called in the loan and he claims it was a "gift"!!

Two others were arrested - one for murder as well the other for accessory to murder.

Fotis Dulos Again Accuses Missing Wife of Purposefully Vanishing to Frame Him, Keep Him From Their Children
CRIME
9:50 AM PDT, July 19, 2019

The estranged husband of a missing Connecticut woman has again argued her disappearance nearly two months ago is a ploy to get him in trouble and keep him from their five children.

Fotis Dulos accused his estranged wife Jennifer Dulos of trying to frame him for her disappearance in an attempt to access her medical records, according to court documents obtained by the New York Post.

The three-page motion filed Wednesday asked the court to grant Fotis access to records for $14,000 worth of medical tests Jennifer underwent between February and April.

. . .

Jennifer was last seen May 24 dropping off her kids at school. She was reported missing later that day. Police have since accused Fotis and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, of driving around Hartford the day Jennifer disappeared and disposing of garbage bags in 30 different locations.

Items recovered had Jennifer's blood on them.
