The White House is reportedly worried that House Democrats will continue to dig up damaging information on Trump after the impeachment trial

Grace Panetta 6 hours ago

White House officials are concerned that House Democrats will continue investigations into President Donald Trump even after the impeachment trial into Trump concludes, Politico reported on Saturday.
Trump is currently facing trial on two articles of impeachment alleging abuse of office and obstructing Congress over a campaign to pressure the Ukrainian government to investigate his political rivals.
Since Trump was impeached by the House on December 18, a steady stream of new, incriminating information about the Ukraine scandal has continued to come to light.
Even though Trump is likely to be acquitted, Republicans expect House Democrats to continue investigating Trump, and they worry it could jeopardize the president's re-election prospects.

..............

.................On Saturday, Parnas' attorney released audio and video of Trump ordering aides to "get rid" of former US ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, who was suddenly recalled from her post in the spring of 2019 for standing in the way of Giuliani and

One Republican Senate aide told Politico they believed "Democrats are going to keep releasing to their media friends supposedly 'new' info to demand more investigation and witnesses anytime the trial is nearly over."

Even if Fat Donnie is acquitted, the evidence will continue to mount of his guilt, and he's not going to bluster his way out of it, no matter how many sycophants he sends out to defend him with ridiculous lies.

The American people have a right to know what this corrupt so called president has been up to. They did not get that leading up to the 2016 election. Everything needs to be laid bare now. So not only do the people have the info they need to get rid of Trump, but get rid of his enablers in the senate and congress as well.

1) File Impeachment Articles when case is strongest

2) Assemble the best and brightest in the House to present
the case TO THE PUBLIC. She knows Republicans are tainted
beyond redemption and prejudiced from the start. The
American public is the target audience.

3) Point out lies and hypocrisy of Republicans during the trial.

4) Try to finish the trial process after the State of The Union.

5) Trump will not be removed from office, even though a
majority of people want him removed. Public sentiment will
be on the side of the Dem's case for removal and view the trial
as a sham.

6) Tie Republicans as enablers to a corrupt, guilty Trump and
as covering-up his crimes. Be relentless.

7) Provide a steady stream of new revelations about his
wrong-doing and connections to Putin from now through
November. A steady drip is better than a flood because it can
fill multiple news cycles and prevent the subject from
withering.

She is sharp as a tack and a political expert. I think she
has this all mapped out from here through November.

DO IT NANCY !

Like Watergate was for Nixon. Republicans are stuck between a rock and a hard place. The base Republican voter sees any cooperation with the Democratic Party the worst heresy possible. Republicans carried water for Nixon, until the polls at home showed that was bad.

Its not about morals, ethics, or honor -- those things are window dressing. Its about basic political survival. That's the only thing that turned Republicans against Nixon, its the only thing that will turn them now.

Pubbies have been wailing that this is all just a witch-hunt that has gone on for far too long and then they drag out Ken Starr who spent FOUR YEARS basically investigating Clinton for a BJ. You can't make this shit up.

Half of Drumpf's legal team were directly involved in the cover-up and obstruction...they should be making license plates in a prison workshop and not "arguments" on the Senate floor.

His probe was wide ranging and went everywhere. Travelgate, Whitewater, and a thousand other places.

All he found, that was illegal, was Bill Clinton lying under oath about getting a blow job.

That's it, exactly one count of perjury. The GOP made so much noise about the endless investigations and this one perjury count, we felt its baggage in 2016 with Hillary Clinton.
