I don't find the 2 officers that are being charged for it as much as the rest of the team that just ignored the man. The first 2 were just doing what police do, push people. The rest of the team ignored an injured citizen which they are not supposed to so.

If the old man wanted police communications, all he or anyone else needs to do is download a Scanner Radio app. I have one to listen to police, fire, EMS calls, and it doesn't require cracking your head open on concrete and ending up in the hospital.
