13 people voted in the Republican primary there. But Romney only got 9 votes today.

at 6am election day, there are two places in the US that allow voting just after midnight on election day. In one, there was a tie at 5-5. In the other, President Obama won 23-9 (or whatever the OP had).

they had 13 votes cast for republicans but in the General Election, Romney got 9 .... which means 4 republicans (4/13=30%) crossed to our side !!! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy

... people who were not "real republicans" were voting in their primary, since the Democrats didn't have a contested presidential primary.

I don't think we can extrapolate much from this.
