NRA To Speak On Newtown Dec. 21

Source: TPM

EVAN MCMORRIS-SANTORO 4:33 PM EST, TUESDAY DECEMBER 18, 2012

The National Rifle Association will break its silence following the Newtown, Conn. shooting at a press conference Dec. 21, the group said in a press release Monday.

The NRA released the following statement:

The National Rifle Association of America is made up of four million moms and dads, sons and daughters – and we were shocked, saddened and heartbroken by the news of the horrific and senseless murders in Newtown.

Out of respect for the families, and as a matter of common decency, we have given time for mourning, prayer and a full investigation of the facts before commenting.

The NRA is prepared to offer meaningful contributions to help make sure this never happens again.

They don't deserve any platform or voice in this debate, it's too late for anything they say to be relevant. They have ZERO credibility now, and are nothing more thatn wet turd-smears on humanity.

Pres O is trying to take your guns away and the 2nd Amendment. Its the gays fault. Every body in America have to be armed to the tee, i.e., children's armor for sale and teacher's gun lesson for 1/2 price off. Instead of looking like a democracy we are looking more and more like a country of paranoid schizophrenics, caring for no one and worshiping that almighty dollar.

IT IS ASTOUNDING THAT THESE TWO GROUPS AND ESPECIALLY THE NRA IS GOING TO GO TO THE SCENE OF A MURDER TO SPILL THERE SWILL.
THEY ACT LIKE THEY GAVE EVERYONE A GODDAMN BREAK WHEN THEY SAID:
" OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE FAMILIES, AND AS A MATTER OF COMMON DECENY, WE HAVE GIVEN TIME FOR MOURNING, PRAYER AND A FULL INVESTIGATION OF THE FACTS BEFORE COMMENTING"
WELL THAT'S NICE TO KNOW THEY GAVE EVERYONE THERE FUCKING PERMISSION OF "TIME" TO MOURN, THEY MUST BE GOD.
NOW THESE TWO GROUPS ARE NOW COMING OUT AND ONE OF THEM GOA AND THE DELUSIONAL MOUTH PIECE EXECUTIVE OF THAT ORGANIZATION THINKS THAT IN HIS PARANOID STATE THIS GOVERNMENT IS GETTING TOO MUCH POWER AND THAT EVERYONE SHOULD ARM THEMSELVES---REALLY.
I'M NOT A BIG FAN OF MATTHEWS BUT WHEN SOMEONE FROM GOA ORGANIZATION AND ITS LEADER THINKS THAT THE INCIDENT AND MURDER OF ATF AGENTS TRYING TO SERVE A WARRANT IN TEXAS IS JUSTIFICATION TO MURDER SOMEONE WE HAVE A PROBLEM HOUSTON.

IT IS ALSO A PROBLEM THAT THE ATF HAS BEEN LEADERLESS FOR OVER FOUR YEARS AND COUNTING BECAUSE THE NRA AND GOA AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY HAVE DESTABLIZED A AGENCY TO LOOK AT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH GUN VIOLENCE IN THIS COUNTRY, SALES, AND SUCH AND EVERY PERSON IN CONGRESS THAT HAS LET THIS HAPPEN HAS BLOOD ON THERE HANDS--EVERYONE OF THEM, IN FACT LAST YEAR 9,000 PLUS HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF A GUN.

I HAVE A QUESTION SINCE THESE TWO HYPOCRITE ORGANIZATIONS AND THE REPUBLICANS LIKE HUCKABEE, PERRY AND GOHMERT AND OTHERS OF THIS ILK ARE THEY DELUSIONAL AND PARANOID IN THERE STATE OF BEING----HOW IN THE HELL DID ANYONE FROM THESE TWO GROUPS PASS A BACK GROUND CHECK TO OWN A GUN---OOP'S I FORGOT IN AT LEAST 24 STATES YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET ONE, AND THERE MEMBERS OR ANY OTHER SWINGING DICKS CAN GO TO GUN SHOW AND WITHOUT ANY BACK GROUND CHECK BUY A GUN--WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.
SO WHEN THE NRA AND GOA AND THERE GUN LOBBY SUPPORTERS AND BUDDIES SAY I/WE HAVE RIGHT TO OWN A GUN---THEY ARE WRONG.
THIS COUNTRY IS AT WAR WITH ITS SELF AND GIVING OUT OVER 80 MILLION WEAPONS TO THIS PARONOID SOCIETY THAT NOW LIVES IN PERPETUAL FEAR SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE AND TWENTY CHILDREN AND SEVEN GROWN-UPS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION

who the hell cares what they have to say? We all know it will be plain ole' B.S. They act like everyone's waiting with baited breath to hear what they have to say - like we need their blessing on anything.

We don't need diddly squat from this organization or the even worse Gun Owners of America and we need to just ignore their b.s.

However, I'm sure the media will all go ga-ga over it.

and say, "We're so sorry. We were so wrong and we take it all back. We want to make it right and we will destroy all our gun and plant flowers from now on."

not.

They are a large organizational part of small bands of, ignorant, misinformed, multitudes who are disassociated from society, America and the world in general. They live, breath and digest myth and dogma of any kind that supports their fears and delusions. They have created a sociopathic existence of their own making, that has nothing to do with reality and the advancement of our species.

They are driving humanity backwards and there is only so far back we can go before cockroaches rule the planet again.

We, the four million members of the National Rifle Association, have conducted a full investigation of the facts surrounding the Sandy Hook Massacre. These are our findings.

It's Obama's fault.

The evil, traitorous, Kenyan-born usurper in the White House supports socialist programs like public education and gun confiscation. The patriotic American who unfortunately committed these horrific acts merely succumbed to the stress of living in a communist country and used a Second Amendment solution to his problems.

We offer these meaningful contributions to help make sure this never happens again.

First, impeach the traitor in the White House and any Democrat in line for the presidency. Only a Republican president can help bring chaos out of this disorder.

Second, close all the public schools. The assassin wouldn't have been able to shoot up a public school if there weren't any.

Third, cut taxes so private schoolteachers can afford guns. More guns means less crime, except when patriotic Americans stressed out about the prospects of living under communism snap in the presence of guns.

And finally, designate the NRA a Cabinet-level agency.
