They are in a frenzy issuing long statements insisting contraception (that prevents the need for abortions!) is a "problem" they need to "correct with vigor" and "urgency" through each "branch of government." But drop a dime on a pedo priest? No, no, no need to involve the police--we'll deal with that problem in house. If this lobbying of all branches of government is not political action, I don't know what is. Their tax exempt status should be taken away immediately. Sick, evil hypocrites.

I really don't believe that the Bishops will give up until they force their views on the entire country. Maybe they need to work on the 98% of the Catholic women to follow the rules before they start to try and control the rest of the populace.
