Rand Paul said that what he wrote was stupid, not that what he believed was wrong. No one can see into a man's heart, but I believe Rand Paul is as racist as they come. He just knows to avoid saying anything overtly racist, so as to avoid offending some moderates.

I am so sick of libertarians and republicans trying to deny they are racists. Republicans are obviously liars, and everyone knows it. But libertarians hide behind this facade that their philosophy offers a real alternative to status quo electoral politics.

For the past decade I have been way too patient quietly listening to them rant about the way they would do things if only they had power. But so much of their policy makes no sense:

You would let bridges fall?
YUP!
You would let potholes rot away all our roads?
YUP!
You would end all foodstamps?
YUP!
You would end all forms of welfare?
YUP!
You would shut down Medicare and Social Security?
YUP!
Well, how on Earth would you replace these essential programs?
