HART Board Tabs Boston’s Daniel Grabauskas as New Chief

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation’s board of directors just announced that former Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority manager Daniel Grabauskas is the sole finalist to become the new HART chief.

The board will meet to take public testimony March 1. If Grabauskas is confirmed, he’ll start his job in mid-April, according to a press release.

they're thinking of cutting ALL weekend commuter trains into Boston, thus cutting off places like Wellesley from all the other colleges up there. I have no idea how much of that is his fault.

When are they expecting to have trains running out there, anyway?
