I don't think the is a good source for the video BECAUSE IT IS HIDEOUS. Darn I am guessing you missed that because your knee jerked so hard it skewed your monitor.

Arresting her is pretty easy. But the law starts with the defendant innocent until proven guilty. Going to court could be a bit more challenging. There may be a few elements of proof that are not self-evident:

Presume it's not staged, Where was it filmed? Is there proof it really took place in Polk County? If you can't prove that, who has legal jurisdiction?

When specifically did it occur? Has the statute of limitations for the offense expired?
