Officials alert foreign services that Snowden has documents on their cooperation with U.S.

Source: Washington Post

U.S. officials are alerting some foreign intelligence services that documents detailing their secret cooperation with the United States have been obtained by former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden, according to government officials.

Snowden, U.S. officials said, took tens of thousands of documents, some of which contain sensitive material about collection programs against adversaries such as Iran, Russia and China. Some refer to operations that in some cases involve countries not publicly allied with the United States.

Whoa! No wonder the jobs we send there never get sent back.

Perhaps we should have a look at that?

to reveal the illegal spying on Americans. Not only does it not appear illegal, all that we do overseas is not illegal. If people think everyone doesn't spy on us the way we spy on them is naive. China has destroyed and attempted to destroy businesses to either get their intellectual property or avoid paying royalties. China hacked into every single reporters email and most everyones phones at the NY Times. China hacked Obama and McCain's campaign computers. Brazil hacked airplane manufacturers in Canada.

Brazil is caught hacking into Canada's Airplane Manufacturers
China had been hacking into Canadian law firms and energy companies in order to win its takeover bid of Nexen Inc, a Canadian oil producer. Around that time, CSIS warned Canadians about the looming Chinese threat as they hacked and bought their way into the country—because those types of shenanigans can “represent a threat to security interests.

These are just a few. Spying and hacking happens. All the governments do. An agent in France said they were jealous of our technology. Snowden is hurting a lot of people here. He's a traitor to this country and still hasn't revealed anything about domestic operations that weren't already published. I don't see how anyone can support what he does.

An existential threat to the "indispensible nation" if we don't outdo various other global criminals? You think that is what our government is for?
