Steubenville superintendent indicted in teen rape investigation

STEUBENVILLE -- Four more school officials have been indicted in connection with the investigation into the rape of a 16-year-old girl at a party last year. Those indicted include Michael McVey, the superintendent of Steubenville's school district.
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced the indictments at a morning news conference. Those indicted are due in court on December 6.
The grand jury indicted Superintendent McVey on charges including tampering with evidence, obstruction and falsification.
The others indicted are Michael Belardine, a volunteer football coach at the time of the rape. The grand jury indicted Belardine on a charge of allowing underage drinking, obstruction, falsification and contributing to unruliness.
