Drunk Florida man hurls bricks, racial slurs at kids — and then flees cops on bicycle

Source: Raw Story

A 44-year-old Florida man is custody after being accused of throwing pieces of bricks at children and shouting racial slurs at them before trying to escape from police on his ex-wife’s bicycle.

According to The Daytona Beach News-Journal, police responded to a Dec. 16 call that Larry Kenton was drunk and causing as disturbance at his ex-wife’s home.

The ex-wife told officers that Kenton had come to get some of his belongings. She said she asked him to go away, but he forced his way into the house anyway.

Kenton began arguing with his daughter because he did not approve of her dating an African-American youth and referred to her as a “n*gger lover,” according to the arrest report.

It has pretty much been a warm state that conjures up images of a great place to retire, luring all matter of retirees to … well, retire there. The greatest generation loved it. But, as the years of draining resources and corruption in government continued, it fosters lots of dumb asses to enter as future retirees… Rick Scott took great advantage of their Medicare dollars with his criminal activities … eventually becoming Governor!

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the state has grown crazier under many Republicans in the general assembly. The early Republican governors who came into power after the days of Bob Graham and Lawton Chiles have turned this "paradise" into one of the biggest "bat shit" crazy states to live in. My brother in law, who eventually retired back to FL calls it "The wild, wild East", due to the fucking crazy stand your ground laws.

I somehow turned out alright graduating from a less than stellar school system in 1971 there, so I can't exactly blame the state. Instead, I blame the same assholes who allow it to have turned into a "no income tax, retiree paradise", where you get something for nothing after bleeding every natural resource known to it's natural beauty. Sure, there are some great places left there, but I'm sad that so much has been ruined.

We should have just it with left the Seminole Indians, who never signed the treaty anyway.
