And Weaver has a warning for the public.

“The citizens need to understand that you can't go to Colorado and buy your marijuana and come back to Oklahoma and legally smoke it,” Weaver said.

Weaver said his agency plans to monitor the situation and make enforcement changes as needed.

I guess Mr. Weaver worried about his job security as head of the OBN if marijuana becomes a non-issue.

He should probably consider moving some of the assets he's using to make minor pot violations now to the more serious problems Oklahoma has....... like METH for instance!
